David has been a full time potter since 1978. David works almost exclusively in porcelain and the works are often decorated using soluble metal salts to stain the bisqued ware which is glazed over when dry. “For many years I have been much impressed by the Chinese and Japanese work in porcelain but overall it is the purity, fragility and translucency of porcelain which has me enthralled.” David Brokenshire Kathy O’Neil has been working with clay for eleven years, she often works figuratively and is inspired by design and garden art in her recent body of work. “We are indeed lucky if during our days on earth we find something to be passionate about.” Kathy O’Neil | |||
